Divine Mercy Home is a faith-based organization that exists to encourage, educate, and empower families to provide care for their loved ones in their homes aligned with Catholic teaching.
Caring for your loved ones
We will soon provide practical and spiritual resources to educate, empower, and encourage caregivers in assisting their loved ones at home while promoting insight into Catholic bioethics and teachings with specific regards to Catholic end-of-life care for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
We will also connect care recipients and their caregivers to their parish care ministries and parish nurses. A list of local care providers who pledge to uphold the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Healthcare Services (ERDs) will also be provided.

The mission of Divine Mercy Home is to give glory to God and to spread the light of Christ in the provision of care in the home to help build a civilization of love and life.

Our vision is to offer an array of care services in the home and to become interwoven in the fabric of our community and our culture.

We have faith in God, our Father. We are steadfast and faithful to the teachings of His Church.
Hope
We place our trust in Jesus Christ who is our hope. We are joyful because of His promise of everlasting life. This is the Good News. We pursue excellence in the provision of care in order to give hope to others whom we serve. We are a community of persons, nurturing and challenging each other to become who we are called to be.
Love
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, we love God and we love others. Through works of charity, we allow the healing presence of Christ to permeate our delivery of care. Each and every person who is served by our organization, or works within our mission, is seen as an image and likeness, a gift of our God, a child of God, deserving of respect, and utmost care and concern. Placing ourselves at the foot of the Cross, we provide a means to give birth to works of love and a channel to become sharers in the redemptive suffering of Christ in order to help transform our community into a civilization of love.
