Goals/Growth

Initially in the “seed” stage, we are sprouting into a “tree of life.”

We are continuously building content for information and education about care at home, adding to our referral network of trusted care providers.

Our story

On Divine Mercy Sunday 2020, which coincided with the Jubilee Year in the Catholic Church, during the height of the COVID-19 global pandemic, we founded Divine Mercy Home in our home while providing end-of-life care for our own mom as she readied herself to leave earth behind to be united in eternity to her beloved Father in Heaven.

Within this caregiving cross placed into our arms, we sifted through many unexpected tosses and turns upon the deep waters within the Ocean of Mercy we found ourselves swimming in.

Our team

In faith, we seek to give joy and hope in love to our community.
