Dr. John-Paul Jansen grew up in rural Quebec and later moved to the U.S. for college. He attended Christendom College and later earned his Doctoral degree in medicine at West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Kansas University for Internal Medicine. Dr. Jansen initially practiced as a hospitalist in the Denver metropolitan area at several large hospital settings. He and his family moved to Front Royal in 2017, where he first worked at Winchester Medical Center.

Passionate about good, honest, and personalized health care, he joined his father in starting a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, Fiat Medical, in 2022. He lives with wife, Anne, and five children in Front Royal, VA.
