Sandra (Sandy) Lopez is the Board Secretary and Treasurer on the Divine Mercy Home Board. Sandy graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Franciscan University in 2006. Prior to working for Divine Mercy Home, Sandy has worked as a registered nurse at Medstar Washington Hospital Center, Davita Dialysis, Fresenius Medical Care, and Physician’s Dialysis. She continues her nursing practice through helping care for her elderly grandmother, volunteer parish nursing, and private duty home care.

She also teaches Body and Soul Fitness Classes to help raise awareness on holistic wellness. She is dedicated to Divine Mercy Home’s mission of creating environments where people can live as God intended and where God’s mercy can flourish.

Sandy is an active member of the San Gabriel Mission in Manassas Park, Virginia, and enjoys time spent in weekday Masses and Adoration.
